The message bases
1,005 messages across 23 bases — every one decoded from the binary circular buffers on the 2006 disk, every date below read from the message headers themselves.
The rooms, as callers knew them
Rooms were the board's forums, and any member granted RoomMaker powers could open one — which is how a homebrew board ended up with rooms named FORTH is yh0r gh0d, The Conspiracy Theory and bBS Yoga!. The names and owners below are the live room table from the dump, not reconstructions.

Surviving = the room's absolute message numbers present in the dump. ✓ = the room's complete history, from message #1; ↻ = the circular buffer wrapped and the oldest posts were overwritten before the dump — what survives is that room's newest slice. 17 bases wrapped, 6 survive complete.
Reading the messages
The messages themselves live where they always lived — on the board. Connect to the live terminal, log in, and the rooms above are all there: same names, same numbering, with unread pointers continuing from 2006. Archive posts are flagged as archive, and new posts continue each room's numbering where October 2006 left off — the GeNeRaL FoRuM's last archived post is #2969.
Besides the public rooms, 701 private mail messages between users were recovered — visible on the board to their recipients, never republished here.
